Victoria grew up in Plano, Texas where she danced for the Vines Vikettes (now Sweethearts) serving her team as Lieutenant, and the National Champion Plano Senior High School Planoettes, where she served as Senior Sergeant. Victoria danced at Steps a Dance Studio in Rowlett, Texas from the age of 2, up until she graduated from Plano Senior in 2017. Victoria competed with both the studio and drill team, winning various high kick awards, and national titles, as well as performing in the cotton bowl, at disney world, and community events and parades. Victoria would return to her home studio, and teach master classes, and help her teachers whenever she could. She still keeps in touch with her teachers to this day.

After graduating high school, she auditioned for the Tyler Junior College Apache Belles, and became a member of the 71st line and was an Elite dancer. While on Apache Belles, Victoria had the opportunity to perform in various Texas cities, including Tyler, Houston, Dallas, and others, as well as internationally in Costa Rica at internationally televised soccer games, Mexico, and on a Carnival Cruise line. She also had the opportunity to dance with the TJC Dance Department, and would have the honor of being on the Dean's List multiple semesters.

After finishing her time on Apache Belles and at Tyler Junior College, she transferred to Texas Woman's University. When she got to Texas Woman's, Victoria had tried out for and made the Pioneer Pride Dance Team, performing at volleyball games, basketball games, gymnastics meets, events at TWU and even at a Dallas Mavericks Game. At the same time, she was a member of the Texas Woman's University Dance Department, learning new styles of dance including various modern techniqueS, ballet, African Diaspora dances, West African Dance, and Street style Hip Hop, all while performing in various shows at TWU. Victoria graduated from Texas Woman's University in May of 2022, with her Bachelor of Arts in Dance studies.
